In the event you wish to cancel an order, reach out to us as soon as possible. Please provide your order date, number, and the product or products in the order you wish to cancel.

Canceled orders may be subject to restocking fees if the product has already begun its manufacturing process.

Please note that we can not under any circumstances cancel an order that has already left our custody and is in the hands of a postal carrier. After the package has been received by a mail carrier please refer to our Return Policy below for options available to you.

All sales are final and no refund will be issued. We will only consider refunding items that are defective which we will be more than willing to look into and possibly replace.

If your receive a defective product, please Contact Us as soon as possible.

We reserve the right not to refund our standard shipping charge if items are returned for refund.

Due to the nature of our products and services the only acceptable returns are for items received in a defective condition. The product or products must be unopened, unused, and in all original packaging. The return process must be started and approved within 30-days of your order’s delivery date. Returns must be returned via trackable mail, in protective packaging, and with an approved postal carrier. The buyer may be subject to supply all applicable return shipping charges. We reserve the right to refuse the return of products on the site, but if contacted we will do our best to be as flexible as possible and work with you to provide you with the highest standards of customer support.

If a return is accepted we reserve the right to not refund any shipping charges including any and all costs associated with shipping supplies and labor for the package.

Please keep in mind that if we choose to accept a return it is the buyer’s responsibility to care for any goods in your possession that are intended to be returned. We recommend that you return products in the original packaging used with sufficient protective packaging materials to ship the products being returned. Failure to do so may result in an excess charge being made to cover the repacking costs and or loss in value of the item due to damages during the return of the package.

If you choose to return an item and we accept, we require that you send it with a recorded and trackable delivery method to ensure it makes it back safely.
